Herzlich Willkommen zum Video: Ein Fliegerparadies mitten in Deutschland! 🥰Ich flog mit meiner gelben FK9 (D-MCCV) nach Gundelsheim, zu einem kleinen, charmanten UL-Flugplatz, der zum Hofgut Hohschön gehört. Dort traf ich den Betreiber, Rüdiger Stahl, einen Mann, der gleichermaßen leidenschaftlicher Landwirt wie begeisterter Pilot ist.
In einem Gespräch erzählte er mir mit spürbarer Überzeugung, wie wichtig ihm das Tierwohl ist – vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag. Besonders der Weg zum Schlachter liegt ihm am Herzen, denn gerade dieser finale Schritt soll bei ihm mit größtem Respekt und in absoluter Würde für das Tier erfolgen.
Auf seinem Hof produziert er eine beeindruckende Vielfalt an Lebensmitteln selbst, alles in Handarbeit, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Seine Produkte verkauft er nicht nur im eigenen Hofladen, sondern auch an zahlreiche Naturkostläden, Händler und sogar an Hotels, die Wert auf Qualität und Herkunft legen.
Schon der Anflug war ein Erlebnis für sich: Der Queranflug auf die Piste 09 führt direkt am idyllischen Neckartal entlang, eine Kulisse, die so malerisch ist, dass man sie kaum in Worte fassen kann.
Kurz darauf kam auch Ulli mit dem Auto dazu, und gemeinsam verbrachten wir einen Tag, der perfekter nicht hätte sein können, voller Eindrücke, Herzlichkeit und schöner Gespräche.
Eines steht fest: Hierher kommen wir wieder! :)
