Namun menurut keterangan Wakil Ketua DPR RI, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, Sabtu (13/9), dirnya masih belum menerima surat presiden (surpres) terkait hal itu.
Ia menegaskan bahwa pimpinan DPR RI belum menerima perintah apa pun terkait pergantian Kapolri hingga Jumat (12/9) malam.
Bantahan terkait isu surpres semakin dikuatkan dengan pernyataan dari anggota Komisi III DPR RI Fraksi PKS, Nasir Djamil.
Dimana dalam keterangannya, Nasir mengaku belum menerima kabar resmi soal surpres yang dikirimkan Prabowo ke DPR RI.
Namun berdasarkan informasi dari seorang sumber, Jenderal Listyo Sigit akan dipertahankan hingga akhir tahun 2025.
Kendati demikian, Nasir menyebut bahwa jika adanya reshuffle dalam tubuh Kepolisian RI merupakan hal yang lumrah dan sudah menjadi kewenangan dari Presiden.
Lebih lanjut ia menyampaikan harapan agar pergantian Kapolri bisa dilakukan pada akhir tahun nanti, mengingat perlunya regenerasi di tubuh Polri saat ini.
Ada pun Legislator PKS itu merespons isu pergantian pimpinan tertinggi Polri sebagai hal biasa.
