일반 대하보다 사이즈가 살짝 더 크고 묵직한 느낌이었는데
껍질을 벗기기 전부터 통통하게 차 있는 살이 눈에 보일 정도라
비주얼부터 기대감이 확 올라갔던 순간이었어요✨
한 입 먹자마자 느껴지는 식감은
확실히 일반 새우보다 더 탄탄하고 쫀득한 느낌?!
탱글탱글한 식감이 좋고
씹을수록 단맛이 점점 올라오는 게 진짜 매력적이었어요
특히 이번에 먹으면서 가장 인상 깊었던 건
바로 머리에 가득 차 있는 알이었는데요!!
고소하면서도 짭짤한 감칠맛이 확 퍼지는데
일반 새우에서는 느껴 보지 못한 깊은 풍미가 있었어요
입안에서 계속 여운이 남는 맛!
초장을 준비하긴 했는데
암새우 자체의 맛이 워낙 진해서
있는 그대로 먹는 게 가장 맛있더라구요
괜히 찍어 먹는 게 아쉬울 정도로
본연의 맛이 정말 훌륭했답니다
