Ya, ia adalah Sutopo Purwo Nugroho yang lahir pada 7 Oktober 1969.
Semasa hidupnya, ia sempat menduduki jabatan sebagai Kepala Pusat Data, Informasi dan Hubungan Masyarakat di BNPB.
Selama kerjanya di BNPB, ia diberi penghargaan "Public Campaigner" pada 2014 oleh rmol.co.
Sutopo sering disebut si pejuang bencana hingga pahlawan kemanusiaan
Pada Januari 2018, Sutopo mengumumkan bahwa dia mengidap kanker paru-paru stadium IV.
Namun, ia menolak untuk beristirahat dan tetap melaksanakan tugasnya.
Kisah hidup Sutopo telah diabadikan melalui buku biografi yang berjudul Sutopo Purwo Nugroho: Terjebak Nostalgia karya Fenty Effendy.
