그냥 바삭하게 튀긴 통닭만 먹어도 맛있지만
오늘은 조금 색다르게 먹어보고 싶어서
토마토소스를 따로 만들어 곁들였어요!
소스 안에는 새우와 치즈까지 넣어서
조금 더 꾸덕하고 진한 느낌으로 만들어봤습니다!
바삭한 닭껍질 위로 진한 토마토소스와 치즈가
착 달라붙으니까 바삭함과 꾸덕함이
동시에 느껴지는 게 은근히 매력적이었어요
통닭을 손으로 뜯고 소스까지 듬뿍 묻혀 먹다 보니
깔끔하게 먹기가 쉽지 않더라구요
맛있게 먹다 보니 자연스럽게 그렇게 된 부분이라
