Ukraine: In der Todeszone

Die so genannte Todeszone an der Front in der Ukraine wird von Drohnen beherrscht. Truppenbewegungen werden sehr schnell erkannt und sind fast immer lebensgefährlich. Ist das der Krieg der Zukunft?

Die Drohnenkriegsführung hat die Frontlinie in der Ukraine in eine bis zu 30 Kilometer lange „Todeszone“ verwandelt. Groß angelegte Offensiven sind dadurch nahezu unmöglich geworden.

Sowohl russische als auch ukrainische Soldaten sind ständiger Luftüberwachung und der Gefahr von Angriffen ausgesetzt. Zudem können Fahrzeug- und Truppenbewegungen leicht aufgedeckt werden. Die Ukraine setzt kostengünstige Drohnen, Daten vom Schlachtfeld und künstliche Intelligenz ein, um schwere Verluste zu verursachen und den Vormarsch Russlands zu verlangsamen.

Experten sagen, dass diese Entwicklung moderne Konflikte neu definieren und Verteidigungsstrategien für immer verändern könnte.
