Hingga saat ini, korban selamat mencapai 104 orang, sementara diperkirakan 13 korban lainnya masih tertimbun reruntuhan.
Data tersebut disampaikan oleh Deputi III Bidang Penanganan Darurat Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB), Mayjen Budi Irawan.
Budi mengatakan, hingga saat ini, pencarian korban masih terus dilakukan oleh tim gabungan dari Basarnas dan TNI.
Ia menyebut evakuasi direncanakan akan selesai pada hari ini.
Budi juga mengungkapkan bahwa runtuhnya bangunan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Khoziny ini menjadi peristiwa yang paling banyak memakan korban selama tahun 2025.
Bahkan tragedi ini lebih banyak memakan korban ketimbang bencana alam seperti banjir di Bali hingga banjir bandang di Kabupaten Nagekeo, Nusa Tenggara Timur.
