ОПОВД возвращается.
После первого «особо важного дела» лагерь, казалось бы, должен был сделать выводы.
Но это же «Совёнок».
Здесь выводы делают только тогда, когда уже поздно.
Новое утро начинается с нового происшествия: из столовой пропал половник.
Обычный кухонный предмет?
Возможно. Но только не тогда, когда до обеда остаётся всё меньше времени, а руководство уже объявило ситуацию чрезвычайной.
Семён снова оказывается во главе ОПОВД — отдела, в который его никто толком не звал, но из которого теперь почему-то нельзя уволиться.
Вместе с Электроником и Ульяной ему предстоит разобраться, куда мог исчезнуть предмет, без которого внезапно оказалось невозможно нормальное существование лагеря.
А дальше всё как обычно: подозрения, странные показания, сомнительные версии, очень серьёзные лица и расследование, которое с каждой минутой становится всё менее похожим на расследование.
