Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 es un RPG de acción en mundo abierto de ambientación medieval que promete ser una verdadera secuela de su predecesor, si bien se ha desarrollado y escrito de tal manera que resulta perfecto tanto para los recién llegados como para los fans de siempre. Así, los jugadores pueden esperar regresar al apasionante mundo de la Bohemia del siglo XV (Europa Central), esta vez con un mapa el doble de grande frente al original, y meterse en la piel de Henry, el fiel hijo de un herrero, envuelto en una historia tumultuosa, de venganza, traición y autodescubrimiento.
Warhorse Studios garantiza un sistema de combate renovado para hacerlo más accesible pero que al mismo tiempo se mantiene fiel a la naturaleza del primer videojuego (una representación de artes marciales medievales reales), desde elegantes manejos de espada hasta mortíferos ataques a distancia, como las recién agregadas ballestas o las primeras armas de pólvora.
