Padahal, menurutnya, orang-orang yang dilaporkan Jokowi sudah jelas.
"Nah tinggal kepolisian minta kepada Jokowi siapa saja yang mencemarkan nama baik Anda, lalu dipanggil saksi-saksi yang mengetahui," ujar Fickar dalam wawancara bersama Tribunnews, Kamis (3/7/2025).
Fickar menduga polisi kesulitan menentukan kasus ini termasuk pidana atau tidak, sebab masih belum ada tersangka.
"Ini sudah dua bulan belum sampai ke sana. Mungkin menurut polisi belum terang peristiwanya," imbuhnya.
Belum lagi ditambah munculnya isu bahwa ijazah Jokowi dicetak di Pasar Pramuka.
Menurut Fickar, polisi harus mendalami juga informasi tersebut.
"Saya kira ini masukan yang berharga buat penyidik karena sejak awal ini belum muncul sehingga menjadi pertanyaan juga kalau itu dipalsukan dipalsukan di mana," imbuhnya.
"Sebaiknya polisi mengejar informasi itu dan mengumpulkan jadi satu berkas, ada tidak peristiwa pidana pemalsuan ijazah, ada tidak peristiwa pidana pencemaran nama baik, baru kemudian ditentukan siapa yang harus jadi tersangka," pungkas Fickar.
