九個人登上一個長度約一公里的圓形無人島。該島的主人驟然去世，由弟弟繼承。由於島上之前已經有一些房舍可供居住，於是弟弟帶著自家女兒與三家不動產開發業者，偕同死者生前好友，滿懷期待登島探勘評估開發成觀光度假島嶼的可行性。
記憶所及，這座無人島久久未有人至。眾人登島後卻發現疑似最近有人入侵的痕跡，還在小屋內留下大量的炸藥。更驚駭的是，原本預訂隔天就要離開的早上，竟傳出其中一人被推落懸崖身亡，背上插了一枝十字弓箭，明顯遭人殺害。兇手猖狂在撕下的月曆紙背後寫下「十誡」，警告留下的其他人，三日內不准離島、不許報警、交出手機統一保管與使用、甚至不可以互相討論企圖尋找兇手……，否則隱身成員中的兇手就會立即遙控引爆炸藥，同歸於盡。
