에어프라이어 안에서 노릇노릇하게 익어가는 모습 보는데
냄새부터 진짜 장난 아니더라구요🤤
에어프라이어로 구우니까 기름기는 쫙 빠지는데
속살은 또 엄청 촉촉하게 살아있더라구요
닭다리 살 자체가 워낙 부드럽다 보니까
결대로 찢어지는 느낌도 엄지척!
특히 닭껍질 부분 식감이 진짜 최고였는데요
껍질이 완전 과자처럼 딱딱한 느낌이 아니라
살짝 바삭하면서도 야들야들하게 씹히는
그 느낌이 너무 좋더라구요
양념도 너무 자극적인 느낌이 아니라
짭짤하면서 스모키한 향이 은은하게 올라오는 스타일이라
먹을수록 더 맛있게 느껴졌어요
무엇보다 통다리는 그냥 손으로 들고
뜯어먹는 맛이 진짜 최고인 것 같아요!!
묵직한 닭다리를 한손에 들고 크게 베어먹으니까
뭔가 제대로 먹방하는 느낌도 들고
한입 가득 차는 그 식감이 진짜 너무 만족스러웠어요🥹
