I'm trying out a different approach than usual with this video, and focusing it as more of a beginner's guide for somebody who may have never been in this raid before. As the game and meta is going to stay in this state forever, I figured this would be a more helpful approach for people to use both now and in the future. For people who already know the information in this video it may seem a little redundant, but I wanted to do my best to explain everything that you could need to get this done. I've also shown examples on both sides where you could face Riven. If you have any feedback or preference towards this style of video, let me know and I can possibly do it for some other raid encounters too.
With this loadout and artifact there didn't seem to be any RNG at all now. 200 Super, 4x Riven's Curse, 6x Feast of Light for Star Eaters and Hail the Storm from the artifact and it would send Riven the 5 times in a row that I tested this. Didn't seem to need any chunking or anything and it just worked, making it very straightforward.
Some side notes, another way you can tell what side Riven will be on by looking at the wall inside the room. If you see the shadow appearing on the wall at the back of the room where Riven appears, you stay on that side. If not, you go to the joining allies. I prefer the audio cue as you save time on getting to the joining allies, but both will work.
Warlocks can also do this solo easily with the Winter's Guile Song of Flame stacking, but I'm not entirely sure if that's going to be changed in the future so I avoided putting it into the video for now. If we get the final patch and it's not changed, then I'll probably post another video with it.
Lastly, as mentioned in the video you can get tier 5 raid loot from doing this, last wish raid weapon patterns, and even Ethereal Keys that you can stockpile to use later on in the chests after Queenswalk. Unfortunately Solo Queenswalk isn't currently possible, but you can build up a bunch of those yourself and the loot a bunch of chests after doing Queenswalk normally for a higher chance at One Thousand Voices. Farming Solo Kalli is probably quicker if you're pure trying to get weapon patterns alone, but if you do want to build up keys, or just simply want to do Solo Riven, this is how to do it.
