The 18th Meeting of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States was held on 3–4 November 2025 in Baku, Azerbaijan. The Elders reviewed the implementation of previous recommendations, discussed key initiatives such as the Common Turkic Alphabet and Common Turkic History, and exchanged views on the outcomes of the OTS Budapest Informal Summit and the 12th Summit in Gabala.🇦🇿 Türk Dövlətləri Təşkilatının Ağsaqqallar Şurasının 18-ci iclası 3–4 noyabr 2025-ci il tarixlərində Azərbaycanın paytaxtı Bakı şəhərində keçirilib. İclasda Ağsaqqallar Şurasının əvvəlki tövsiyələrinin icrası nəzərdən keçirilib, Ortak Türk Əlifbası, Ortak Türk Tarixi kimi mühüm təşəbbüslər müzakirə olunub, həmçinin TDT-nin Budapeşt Qeyri-rəsmi Zirvəsinin və Qəbələdə keçirilmiş 12-ci Zirvənin nəticələri ilə bağlı fikir mübadiləsi aparılıb.
