Hal itu disampaikan oleh Karo Penmas Divhumas Polri, Brigjen Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, Rabu (10/9/2025).
Ajuan banding itu dilakukan setelah kedua pelanggar kode etik menjalani sidang KKEP pada minggu lalu, atas kasus rantis Brimob lindas ojol Affan Kurniawan hingga tewas, dalam demonstrasi di Pejompongan, Jakarta Utara, 28 Agustus lalu.
Ada pun terduga pelanggaran berat Kompol Cosmas Kaju Gae menjalani sidang pada Rabu (3/9).
Dari hasil sidang, ia diputuskan bersalah dan disanksi pemberhentian dengan tidak dengan hormat (PTDH) alias dipecat sebagai anggota Polri.
Ia juga menerima sanksi adminstratif berupa demosi, penundaan pangkat, dan penempatan khusus Divisi Propam Polri.
Sementara itu Bripka Rohmad menjalani sidang kode etik di Gedung TNCC Polri, Jakarta Selatan pada Kamis (4/9).
Hasil sidang menyebut KKEP terbukti bersalah dan disanksi mutasi bersifat demosi selama tujuh tahun.
Selain itu ia juga dikenakan sanksi administratif penempatan khusus selama 20 hari.
Ada pun Bripka Rohmad merupakan sopir yang mengemudikan kendaraan rantis Brimob yang melindas ojol Affan saat aksi demo di Jakarta.
