PAUL GREGORY VOICE ACTOR
Paul Gregory was born in Mumbai, India, and spent his childhood between India, East Africa, and London. His early artistic path was shaped under the mentorship of Laurence Olivier at the National Theatre at the Old Vic. Paul’s acting career began in the 1960s, with an appearance as a police officer in the Beatles’ "Magical Mystery Tour." Over the following decade, he starred in nineteen stage productions with the Royal National and Royal Shakespeare Companies, portraying classic roles such as Macbeth, Henry V, and Hamlet. He later played Westmoreland in Kenneth Branagh’s 1989 film "Henry V." On television, Paul appeared in countless series, including General Hospital, The Bill, True Blood, NCIS, and Get Shorty. His work extended to voice acting for video games and audiobooks, as well as teaching as an acting coach.
A dedicated family man, he is survived by five children—Tess, Gemma, Anton, Kelly, and Nicholas—and even shared the screen with Gemma in The Bill. In 2019, Paul joined StudioBinder, where he contributed to hundreds of videos over six years. Beloved by colleagues and audiences alike, he is celebrated for his professionalism, warmth, and unwavering commitment.
We'll miss you Paul.
