Ada juga yang jatuh di Kota Beersheeba di Israel selatan.
Layanan darurat menyebut sejumlah orang terluka, termasuk seorang remaja berusia 16 tahun.
Sirine peringatan juga dibunyikan di seluruh Israel saat rudal Iran terdeteksi masuk.
Sebelumnya, Iran mengklaim bahwa pembalasan terhadap Israel baru permulaan.
Negara tersebut masih punya rudal jarak jauh generasi terbaru yang belum dikerahkan.
Sejauh ini, Iran telah menembakkan rudal balistik, rudal hipersonik Fattah-1 hingga rudal Sejjil untuk membalas Israel.
