Ketidakhadiran Gibran bukan tanpa alasan, melainkan karena ia sedang menjalankan agenda kunjungan kerja di Papua.
Putra sulung Presiden ke-7 Joko Widodo itu tercatat melakukan kegiatan di Puskesmas Harapan, Distrik Sentani Timur, Kabupaten Jayapura, Papua, pada hari yang sama.
Gibran datang untuk memantau langsung pelaksanaan program Pelayanan Kesehatan Gratis (PKG), mengutip Tribun-Papua.com.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Wapres Gibran juga dijadwalkan meninjau pelaksanaan Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) di SMP Negeri 2 Sentani.
Sebelumnya, Gibran sempat hadir mendampingi Presiden Prabowo Subianto saat pelantikan sejumlah menteri dan wakil menteri pada Senin (8/9/2025).
