Yakin Menang di Praperadilan, Kuasa Hukum: Penetapan Tersangka Pegi Cacat Hukum

JABAR, KOMPAS.TV - Pasca sidang praperadilan Pegi Setiawan Hari Jumat (05/07/2024), kuasa hukum meyakini bahwa kliennya akan dibebaskan.

Menurut kuasa hukum, hakim akan membuat putusan berdasarkan bukti bahwa penetapan tersangka Pegi tidak sah.

Kuasa hukum menyebut, ada dua faktor penting yang membuat penetapan tersangka Pegi cacat hukum.

Yang pertama karena Polda Jabar tak memiliki alat bukti cukup untuk menetapkan Pegi sebagai tersangka, sesuai KUHAP.

Selain itu kuasa hukum menilai, Pegi belum pernah mendapat undangan untuk pemeriksaan sejak 2016.
