Green Goddess Salad 🌿☀️😋

🌿 Hai mai sentito parlare della Green Goddess Salad, l’insalata virale che sta conquistando tutti? È un piatto fresco, ricco di nutrienti e vitamine, perfetto per le calde giornate estive. ☀️😋 Prepararla è facilissimo e il risultato è una delizia assoluta!

Ingredienti:

1 cavolo verde piccolo
1 cetriolo grande
1 mazzetto di cipollotti o scalogni
1 mela verde

Per il condimento:

1 avocado grande
1 mazzetto di basilico fresco
1 spicchio d’aglio grande
2 cucchiai di aceto di mele
1 cucchiaio di succo di limone
1/2 cucchiaino di sale
Una manciata di anacardi
2 cucchiai d’acqua

Procedimento:

Prepara l’insalata: Taglia il cavolo verde, i cetrioli, l’erba cipollina, i cipollotti e la mela verde a pezzetti e mettili in una ciotola grande.
Prepara il condimento: Aggiungi tutti gli ingredienti per il condimento in un frullatore e frulla fino a ottenere una consistenza cremosa.
Unisci il tutto: Versa il condimento cremoso sull’insalata e mescola bene.
Gusta: Servi e goditi la tua Green Goddess Salad!
