How can innovation and research transform the way we take care of ourselves, and why should we all be a little bit like kombucha? Michal – a scientist and entrepreneur – discovered the magic of fermentation as a child and revived it during his Ph.D. studies in Australia. He decided to bring fermented goodness closer to the Czech and Slovak markets. He co-founded Loklok, a kombucha brand that is based on precise research – his scientific passion has not left him in business either. He believes that food matters, and so does (not) drinking.
