안녕하세요 애정입니다 😊오늘은 소라찜을 준비해서 초장에 콕 찍어 먹어봤어요!
소라는 회로 먹어도 맛있고 삶아 먹어도 맛있잖아요
근데 오늘 소라는 냉장고에 3일 정도 있던 소라라서
회로는 못 먹겠다라고 생각했는데..
냉장고에서 3일을 버텨 살아 있더라구요!!
정말 싱싱 그 자체!
그래도 삶아 먹을 계획이었기 때문에 그냥 삶았는데
사실 소라는 잘못 삶으면 질겨지기 쉽잖아요
삶는 동안 잠깐 잠들어서 살짝 타이밍을 놓친 탓인지
오늘 소라는 살짝 질겨서 아쉽긴 했어요
그래도 그 쫀득하면서도 탱글한 식감은 진짜
매번 먹을때마다 감탄스러우면서도 가끔 생각난다니까요!!
탄력있는 씹는 맛이 있어서 계속 손이 가게 만드는 매력!
씹다 보면 자연스럽게 올라오는 단맛도 최고구요!
내장 쪽은 호불호가 있을 수 있지만
저는 특유의 진한 맛이 있어서 오히려 좋더라구요
쌉싸름하면서도 깊은 감칠맛이 느껴져서
소라의 또 다른 매력을 느낄 수 있는 부분이죠
오늘 먹어보니까 확실히 느낀 건
소라는 너무 오래 삶지 않는 게 진짜 중요한 것 같아요!
