Otros consideran que su modelo es un verdadero fracaso que conllevó a una sociedad tremendamente desigual, y salieron a protestar masivamente a fines del 2019.Otro tercer grupo lo percibe nada más y nada menos que como un experimento de Estados Unidos para expandir ciertas ideas. Un experimento que salió bien para algunos, y no tan bien para tantos otros.
