Ma questa proposta è bloccata senza una maggioranza. Dobbiamo superare questo stallo. Non possiamo permetterci di rimanere paralizzati. Ed è per questo che proporrò un pacchetto di misure per tracciare una via da seguire. Primo, la Commissione farà tutto ciò che può fare da sola. Sospenderemo il nostro sostegno bilaterale a Israele. Sospenderemo tutti i pagamenti in questi ambiti, senza però intaccare il nostro lavoro con la società civile israeliana o con Yad Vashem. Secondo, avanzeremo due ulteriori proposte al Consiglio. Proporremo sanzioni contro i ministri estremisti e contro i coloni violenti.
