A Rogoredo, nel boschetto della periferia sud-est di Milano, il 26 gennaio scorso l’assistente capo di polizia Carmelo Cinturrino ha sparato e ucciso Abderrahim Mansouri, un 28enne di origine marocchina ritenuto dagli investigatori coinvolto in attività di spaccio. Le indagini della Procura di Milano hanno portato all’arresto di Cinturrino con l’accusa di omicidio volontario, dopo che è emerso che la ricostruzione iniziale di legittima difesa fosse in larga parte infondata e che la pistola che si diceva Mansouri avesse fosse in realtà una replica a salve ritrovata successivamente vicino al corpo. Il legale di Cinturrino, Piero Porciani, ha rilasciato nelle ultime ore dichiarazioni sul comportamento del suo assistito. Secondo Porciani, Cinturrino si è mostrato «triste e pentito» di ciò che è accaduto e ha chiesto scusa «a tutti», comprese le persone che avevano riposto fiducia in lui.
