Tak Ada yang Tembus Final, PBSI Akan Evaluasi Performa Pebulu Tangkis di Indonesia Open 2024
KOMPAS.TV - Hasil mengecewakan atlet Indonesia di gelaran Turnamen Super 1.000 Indonesia Open 2024 menjadi evaluasi PBSI jelang Olimpiade 2024.Kabid Binpres PBSI, Ricky Soebagdja mengaku bertanggung jawab dan segera mengadakan pertemuan dengan tim pelatih dan atlet atas prestasi minor ini.
Indonesia Open 2024 telah selesai digelar pada Minggu (9/6) malam.
Sayang, Indonesia kembali puasa gelar setelah tak ada satu pun wakil Tanah Air yang menembus partai final.
Pencapaian terbaik Pebulutangkis Indonesia, digapai oleh pasangan Ganda Putra Non Pelatnas, Sabar Karyaman Gutama-Moh. Reza Pahlevi Isfahani yang menjejakkan kaki ke semifinal.
Sementara hanya dua atlet Pelatnas yang mampu melangkah hingga babak perempat final, yakni Gregoria Mariska Tunjung dan Ganda Putra Muhammad Shohibul Fikri-Bagas Maulana.
Setelah ini, Skuad Bulu Tangkis Indonesia akan kembali fokus melakoni persiapan di Pelatnas Cipayung Jakarta.
Skuad Cipayung juga direncanakan bertolak ke Prancis pada pertengahan Juli mendatang untuk adaptasi cuaca dan "venue" jelang Olimpiade.
