ROMA (ITALPRESS) - "La prevenzione è la migliore medicina, anche per l'obesità bisogna agire presto, questo significa avviare uno screening sulla popolazione fine ai 17 anni perché già oggi abbiamo quasi il 19% di ragazzi sovrappeso e quasi il 5% già obesi". Lo ha detto il vicepresidente della Camera, Giorgio Mulè, al convegno "Prevenzione obesità in età evolutiva". "Questi dati mostrano che siamo di fronte ad una popolazione destinata ad avere delle patologie gravi o gravissime - ha aggiunto Mulè -, che incidono nella vita quotidiana, dunque, questo screening che era previsto nella proposta di legge, grazie alla sensibilità del ministero della Salute, entra nella legge di stabilità con uno stanziamento di 2 milioni di euro che permetterà, nel 2026 di avviare questo screening che è la via maestra per affrontare il problema dell'obesità".xc3/sat/mca3 Receive SMS online on sms24.me
