JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Kuasa hukum keluarga Vina Dewi Arsita alias Vina Cirebon, Hotman Paris Hutapea prihatin 2 nama DPO Andi dan Dani dihilangkan polisi."Kami sangat prihatin adalah di dalam putusan pengadilan yang pertama di tahun 2017, di sana diuraikan peranan dari dua DPO secara jelas. Apakah itu mengarang? Siapa yang mengarang? Karena semuanya sama-sama mengaku melakukan dan tidak ada pengalihan tanggung jawab," kata Hotman di Jakarta Utara, Selasa (11/6/2024).
Bersama tim Hotman 911 pun diminta bacakan peran Andi dan Dani yang tertuang dalam BAP.
DPO Dani dan Andi tertulis memerkosa almarhum Vina saat itu.
Hotman menegaskan jelas peranan dari 2 dua pelaku yang DPO, dan 8 pelaku tindak pidana lainnya tidak pernah mengatakan bahwa pelakunya orang lain.
"Tapi kami lakukan bersama-sama, orang biasanya mengalihkan tanggung jawab kalau dia mengatakan saya tidak melakukan tapi orang lain," ungkap Hotman.
