Kalah Judi Online Rp150 Juta, Pria Asal Bandung ini Buat Laporan Palsu Korban Begal ke Polisi
JABAR, KOMPAS.TV - Kecanduan judi daring, seorang pria nekat membuat laporan palsu sebagai korban begal.Motif pelaku karena takut kepada orang tuanya. Rekening tabungan terkuras akibat judi daring.
Seorang pria akhirnya mengakui telah membuat laporan palsu terkait aksi pembegalan yang dialaminya pada Sabtu, 29 Juni lalu di Rancaekek, Jawa Barat.
Sebelumnya, pelaku membuat laporan menjadi korban begal di Jalan Desa Rancakeong, Rancaekek, Jawa Barat, pada Sabtu malam, 29 Juni lalu, yang membuat dirinya pingsan dan kehilangan sepeda motor dan uang.
Namun setelah dilakukan penyelidikan, polisi menemukan banyak kejanggalan hingga akhirnya pelaku mengakui telah membuat laporan palsu.
Pelaku mengaku takut dimarahi orang tuanya karena telah menggunakan uang di tabungan sebesar Rp150 juta untuk judi daring.
Atas perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat dengan pasal tentang laporan palsu dan terancam pidana maksimal 1 tahun 4 bulan penjara.
