ВВП России в феврале снизился на 1,8% — и судя по всему, цифра заниженная. Собственный Росстат даёт по базовым видам деятельности минус 2,5%. Решетников уже открыто говорит, что рост по итогам года будет ниже 1,3%. Рецессия — не прогноз, а происходящее прямо сейчас.Розничная торговля обнулилась. «Магнит» впервые за 20 лет ушёл в убыток. Число магазинов в России сократилось впервые за 25 лет — в одной Москве их стало меньше на 4500. Одни закрываются, другие не открываются.
Бюджет продолжает гореть: нефтегазовые доходы в марте упали на 43% год к году. Секвестр идёт — теперь под нож идут субсидии аграриям. Погрузка на РЖД к 2019 году минус 16%. Прибыль предприятий в январе рухнула почти на треть. Более 60% банков в феврале показали снижение дохода или убытки.
На фоне всего этого ЦБ заявляет, что не считает падение промпроизводства «устойчивым трендом» — мол, зашумлено календарными факторами. Дерипаска же впал в форменную истерику.
