KOMPAS.TV - Atlet Atletik Indonesia, Pandu Sukarya, sukses menyabet medali emas di nomor Lari Halang Rintang 3000 Meter Putra, ASEAN University Games (AUG) 2024.
Pandu Sukarya menjadi yang tercepat dengan catatan waktu 9 menit 13 koma 68 detik.
Disusul atlet asal Thailand, Tanea Somduan di tempat kedua.
Dan posisi ketiga, diraih atlet Indonesia lainnya, Diki Candra.
Indonesia juga menambah medali emas dari nomor Lari Gawang 100 Meter Putri; Aulia Dina berada di posisi terdepan.
Diikuti Mariska Yunitasari yang meraih perak, dan Atlet Asal Filipina, Patricia Lobos finis ketiga di perunggu.
Bagi Pandu Sukarya, ini menjadi medali emas keduanya di ajang ASEAN University Games 2024, setelah kemarin mendapat emas di nomor Lari 5000 Meter Putra.
Hasil ini juga memantapkan Atlet Jawa Barat ini jelang turun di PON Aceh-Sumut nanti.
Dengan tambahan dua medali emas, Indonesia berhak keluar sebagai Juara Umum Cabor Atletik; dengan meraih total medali 14 medali emas, 16 perak, dan 14 perunggu.
