Korban merupakan Panitia Pemilihan Luar Negeri (PPLN) Den Haag, Belanda berinisial CAT.
Dalam konferensi pers usai putusan Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP), Hasyim sama sekali tidak menyinggung korban asusila yang dilakukan dirinya.
Ia justru bersyukur atas pemecatan oleh DKPP lantaran sudah tidak menanggung beban berat sebagai Ketua KPU RI.
Bukannya meminta maaf kepada korban, Hasyim justru minta maaf ke awal media jika dirinya melakukan kesalahan selama menjadi Ketua KPU.
Setelah itu Hasyim langsung meninggalkan tempat konferensi pers.
Diketahui DKPP resmi memecat Hasyim Asy'ari sebagai Ketua KPU lewat sidang etik pada hari Rabu.
Ia terbukti melakukan tindakan asusila kepada CAT.
Bahkan memaksa korban berhubungan badan hingga menjanjikan akan dinikahi.
Akibatnya CAT pun terpaksa melakukan hubungan beberapa kali dengan Hasyim.(tribun-video.com/saradita)
