Serangan rudal-rudal itu mengarah ke Kota Haifa hingga Beersheba.
Secara total Iran dilaporkan meluncurkan 12 rudal dalam 6 gelombang serangan terhadap Israel.
Rudal terakhir diluncurkan dari Iran Timur dan membutuhkan waktu lebih lama untuk tiba.
Adapun rentetan rudal ini diluncurkan hanya 4 menit menjelang diberlakukannya gencatan senjata antara Iran dan Israel.
Dilaporkan setidaknya 3 orang tewas di Beersheba, sementara puluhan orang lainnya luka setelah rudal menghantam sebuah gedung 7 lantai di wilayah tersebut.
Petugas medis kemudian merawat korban luka di rumah sakit Soroka yang sebelumnya rusak dirudal Iran.
Rekaman dan foto yang diunggah di media sosial menunjukkan lokasi jatuhnya rudal balistik Iran di Beersheba.
Sebuah bangunan di kota selatan tampaknya mengalami dampak langsung.
Saat ini gencatan senjata antara Israel dan Iran benar-benar berlaku.
Sebelumnya, Presiden Amerika Serikat Donald Trump mengeklaim Iran dan Israel sepakat gencatan senjata setelah terlibat peperangan sejak 13 Juni lalu.
Melalui unggahan di media sosialnya pada Senin (23/6) waktu AS, Trump mengumumkan "gencatan senjata penuh dan total" antara Israel dan Iran yang ia harap akan menjadi permanen.
