KPK Bicara Peluang Tersangkakan Nadiem Makarim Meski Sudah Jadi Tersangka Kejagung
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - KPK mengungkapkan mantan Mendikbud Nadiem Makarim masih bisa menjadi tersangka kasus dugaan pengadaan Google Cloud yang ditangani KPK.Juru Bicara KPK Budi Prasetyo menyebutkan, seseorang bisa saja berstatus tersangka dalam kasus yang ditangani oleh dua lembaga hukum berbeda, dalam hal ini Nadiem menjadi tersangka kasus korupsi pengadaan laptop chromebook yang ditangani Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung).
"Memungkinkan (Nadiem Makarim ditetapkan tersangka), seperti dalam perkara Bank BJB itu kan ada satu orang tersangka yang ditetapkan oleh KPK dan juga ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh Kejaksaan Agung," kata Budi di Gedung Merah Putih, Jakarta, Kamis (4/9/2025).
Sebelumnya, Kejagung menetapkan mantan Mendikbudristek, Nadiem Makarim, sebagai tersangka perkara dugaan korupsi pengadaan laptop Chromebook.
