ROMA (ITALPRESS) - “Abbiamo voluto creare un asse più forte in un momento storico nel quale il tema della casa è sempre più centrale”, ha spiegato Marco Scajola, Coordinatore vicario della Commissione Infrastrutture, mobilità e governo del territorio della Conferenza delle Regioni e Assessore della Regione Liguria, in occasione della firma dell’accordo tra la Conferenza delle Regioni e le Province autonome e Federcasa per il rilancio delle politiche abitative. “Dopo il Covid le esigenze e le richieste di nuovi alloggi per l'edilizia residenziale pubblica sono aumentate. In Italia circa 1 milione e mezzo di persone, che hanno questa necessità, vivono in situazioni di difficoltà e noi dobbiamo essere pronti fornendo nuovi alloggi, recuperando gli esistenti, mettendo a disposizione risorse. Le regioni stanno facendo uno sforzo straordinario con bilanci propri. Abbiamo lavorato al piano casa del governo che prevede 600 milioni a partire dal 2027. Sono risorse significative”, ha spiegato Scajola, “ma crediamo che serva proprio un vero piano Marshall, mettendo al centro le politiche della casa”.xl5/tvi/mca3
