È dunque necessario proseguire su questa strada per gestire in maniera efficiente gli stanziamenti assegnati all'Italia nell'attuale ciclo di programmazione europea e in larga parte rivolti alle regioni, in particolar modo a quelle svantaggiate o meno sviluppate".
