The most-repeated block of text on the planet is seven short lines that almost nobody stops to read. It's called Al-Fatiha, which means "the Opening" — the first chapter of the Quran, the Muslim holy book. A practising Muslim recites it inside every single unit of the five daily prayers, and those units add up fast. The average believer says these same seven lines at least seventeen times a day, every day, for a whole life. That's tens of thousands of repetitions before they die.But ask most of them what the words actually instruct them to do, and they'll pause. They know the sound by heart. They have never once read it as a message.
So try the experiment the routine never lets you try. Read the seven lines as plain sentences, and ask what they're telling you to do. Because they are telling you to do something — and it's bigger than anyone mumbling them on autopilot has ever stopped to hear.
