Menag Nasaruddin Umar Ungkap Hasil Evaluasi Haji Bersama Otoritas Arab Saudi
JAKARTA, KOMPASTV Menteri Agama Nasaruddin Umar menyebut hasil evaluasi haji tahun ini bersama otoritas Arab Saudi berjalan baik.Bahkan Arab Saudi memuji Jemaah haji Indonesia tertib dan disiplin.
"Tapi jemaah haji kita itu mendapatkan apresiasi ya. Karena jemaah haji yang paling tertib, jemaah haji yang paling gampang diatur itu adalah Indonesia. Sama sekali tidak merepotkan Saudi Arabia," kata Menag Nasaruddin.
Meski begitu Menag mengakui ada sejumlah catatan untuk perbaikan pelaksanaan haji tahun depan.
"Ada keterlambatan, itu biasa tiap tahun terjadi. Ada keterlambatan makanan, itu juga tiap tahun terjadi. Tapi kali ini kita ganti. Kemudian juga ada jalan kaki, memang tidak sabar menunggu busnya. Atau memang sengaja ingin mencontoh Rasulullah," jelas Menag.
"Saya atas nama Menteri Agama mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Menteri Kerajaan Saudi Arabia. Yang di dalamnya ada Menteri Kesehatan, Menteri Haji dan Umrah. Dan juga petugas imigrasi dan lain-lain sebagainya," lanjutnya.
