Demo yang digelar pada Rabu (13/8/2025) itu memicu perhatian publik karena skalanya yang besar dan berujung ricuh.
Ahmad Luthfi tidak menjawab secara langsung saat dimintai komentar soal desakan agar Bupati Pati mundur.
Ia hanya menyerahkan hal tersebut kepada lembaga yang berwenang.
“Nah itu tanya sana, wewenangnya DPRD, bukan saya,” ujarnya singkat, Rabu (13/8/2025), seperti dilansir TribunJateng.com.
Pernyataan Luthfi menegaskan bahwa pemberhentian kepala daerah adalah ranah DPRD, bukan gubernur.
Meski enggan mencampuri proses politik DPRD, Ahmad Luthfi tetap mengingatkan masyarakat agar menjaga kondusivitas selama menyampaikan aspirasi.
Luthfi menegaskan bahwa demonstrasi yang anarkis bisa mencederai demokrasi itu sendiri.
“Penyampaian pendapat di muka umum itu hak warga, tapi harus damai, tidak memaksakan kehendak, dan tidak anarkis,” ujarnya dalam agenda kunjungan ke Universitas Diponegoro.
Sementara itu DPRD Kabupaten Pati resmi membentuk panitia khusus untuk menindaklanjuti hak angket atas kebijakan kontroversial Bupati Sudewo.
Pansus ini diketuai oleh Bandang Waluyo dari PDIP, dan wakil ketua Juni Kurnianto dari Demokrat.
Mereka akan menelusuri dugaan pelanggaran dan menyampaikan laporan resmi ke DPRD.
