Se trata de Javier Efraín Bú Soto, quien será el encargado de las relaciones exteriores de la nación centroamericana.La presidenta de Honduras, Xiomara Castro, juramentó a Javier Efraín Bú Soto, como nuevo secretario de Relaciones Exteriores y Cooperación Internacional, en sustitución de Eduardo Enrique Reina, quien ahora corre en la fórmula que busca la presidencia de este país. Bú Soto se presentó ante el cuerpo diplomático y misiones internacionales acreditadas en esta nación.
