Reshuffle Kabinet, Pengamat Sebut Warning dan Gerakan Senyap Presiden Prabowo kepada Partai Politik
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Peneliti Utama Pusat Riset Politik BRIN, Moch Nurhasim melihat saat ini Presiden Prabowo sedang melakukan tarik ulur di dalam koalisi untuk kompromi politik. Sebab, dalam sistem presidensial yang digabung dengan sistem multipartai, itu mau tidak mau presiden itu harus berkoalisi."Saya mencatat bahwa upaya untuk menyampaikan warning kepada partai, bahwa saya (Prabowo) tidak bisa dikontrol. Saya menentukan sendiri setiap langkah, setiap kebijakan yang harus saya ambil untuk supaya pemerintahan ini bekerja secara optimal. Meskipun ada orang-orang tertentu di baliknya, yang menyokong gagasan-gagasan itu," katanya.
Lebih lanjut Nurhasim mengatakan ada sosok di sekitar presiden yang berpengaruh penting dan bisa memberikan masukan, seperti Sekretaris Kabinet Teddy Indra Wijaya atau Wakil Ketua DPR sekaligus Ketua Harian Partai Gerindra, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad.
Kedua, situasi kemarin itu menunjukkan juga hubungan yang dilematis antara presiden dengan para menteri dan presiden sebagai ketua partai dengan koalisi para pimpinan partai yang lain, karena sebagian ketua umum partai itu ada di dalam pemerintahan.
"Misalnya PKB, ketua umumnya Muhaimin Iskandar menjadi menteri koordinator ya. Kemudian Pak Bahlil dari Golkar. Kemudian PAN ya, Pak Zulkifli Hasan. Jadi ketika proses mau pergantian dan lain sebagainya itu tidak dibicarakan terlebih dahulu. Sehingga kalau pinjam istilahnya Pak Jusuf Kalla ini seperti gerakan senyap itu. Jadi ada semacam situasi senyap yang diciptakan tiba-tiba kemudian dilakukan reshuffle. Padahal publik sebenarnya kan tidak meminta, tidak ada tuntutan untuk reshuffle kabinet," pungkasnya.
