UKRAINE-KRIEG: Putins Rubel im Blick! Röwekamp setzt auf Sanktionen, Luftabwehr und Unterstützung aus dem Westen „Es gibt aber nichts Teureres als Krieg!“ – Jetzt Putins Kriegskasse leeren!Kaja Kallas möchte die Russland-Sanktionen massiv ausweiten. Im Transkript ist von 21 Sanktionspaketen und fast 3000 sanktionierten Personen und Einrichtungen die Rede. Thomas Röwekamp, Vorsitzender des Verteidigungsausschusses von der CDU, unterstützt weitere Maßnahmen. Sanktionen sollen Russlands Einnahmen mindern, aus denen der Krieg finanziert wird. Röwekamp will die Sanktionslisten weiter prüfen und erweitern. Auch Drittländer sollen sanktionierbar sein, wenn sie an der Umgehung europäischer Sanktionen mitwirken. Gegen die russische Schattenflotte in der Ostsee müsse gezielter und effektiver vorgegangen werden. Für deutsche Firmen gelte derselbe Maßstab. Sie dürften keine Geschäfte mit Russland machen, um den Krieg zu finanzieren. Bei der militärischen Unterstützung sieht Röwekamp vor allem Bedarf bei der Luftverteidigung. Deutschland habe der Ukraine zusätzliche Fähigkeiten zur Luftabwehr zur Verfügung gestellt. Weitere Systeme müssten geprüft werden. Die Ukraine brauche militärische und finanzielle Unterstützung der Demokratien des Westens.
