የዩናይትድ ስቴትስ ወታደሮች ኒያሜይ የሚገኘውን የኒጀር ጦር ሰፈር ለቀው ወጡ
የዩናይትድ ስቴትስ ወታደሮች በኒጀር ዋና ከተማ ኒያሜይ ከሚገኘው የጦር ሰፈራቸው ሙሉ ለሙሉ ለቀው መውጣታቸውን እና በስተሰሜን ከሚገኘው አጋዴዝ የጦር ሰፈር ደግሞ እስከ መስከረም 5 ድረስ ለቀው እንደሚወጡ፣ ሁለቱም ሀገራት እሁድ እለት አስታውቀዋል።የኒጀር ወታደራዊ መሪዎች እ.አ.አ በሐምሌ 2023 ባካሄዱት መፈንቅለ መንግስት ስልጣን ከተቆጣጠሩ በኃላ መጋቢት ወር ላይ ከዋሽንግተን ጋር የነበራቸውን ወታደራዊ ትብብር ስምምነት አቋርጠዋል።
ዩናይትድ ስቴትስ በአጋዴዝ አቅራቢያ የሚገኘውን ዋና የድሮን ሰፈር ጨምሮ፣ በምዕራብ አፍሪካ በሚገኙ በርካታ የሳህል ሀገራት የሚካሄዱ ፀረ-ጂሃዲስት ተልዕኮ አካል የሆኑ ወደ 650 የሚጠጉ ወታደሮች ኒጀር ውስጥ ነበሯት።
ሁለቱ ሀገራት ባወጡት መግለጫ "የኒጀር መከላከያ ሚኒስትር እና የዩናይትድ ስቴትስ መከላከያ ሚኒስትር፣ የአሜሪካ ወታደሮች እና መሳሪያዎቻቸው ከኒያሚ የጦር ሰፈር ሙሉ ለሙሉ ለቀው የመውጣታቸው ሂደት መጠናቀቁን አስታውቀዋል" ብሏል።
የአሜሪካ ወታደሮችን ያሳፈረው የመጨረሻ በረራ እሁድ እለት ከኒያሜይ እንደሚነሳም ተመልክቷል።
