JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Penasihat Ahli Polri, Aryanto Sutadi menanggapi adanya Buku Jokowis White Paper yang ditulis oleh Roy Suryo, Rismon Sianipar, dan Tifauzia Tyassuma.Ia pernah mengatakan kepada mereka bahwa untuk membuktikan dugaan ijazah palsu presiden ke-7 RI Joko Widodo tidak bisa hanya dengan mempublikasikan teori. Sebab, itu tidak ada gunanya untuk pembuktian di pengadilan. Maka, Aryanto menyarankan agar buku tersebut dibawa ke penyidik dan digelar ke pengadilan sebagai bukti.
Di sisi lain, Aryanto juga menanggapi pemeriksaan Abraham Samad terkait ijazah Jokowi. Menurutnya, Samad diperiksa lantaran ada bukti jejak digital yang keluar dari podcast-nya, yang isinyadianggap sebagai ujaran kebencian ataupun apapun yang itu termasuk di dalam unsur undang-undang pidana. Adanya pelaporan kemudian diproses oleh kepolisian dan diminta klarifikasi.
