Россия нанесла очередной массированный удар по Украине, атаковав города ракетами та ударными дронами. Основной удар пришёлся по гражданской инфраструктуре и жилым домам.В Киеве в результате атаки погибли восемь человек, ещё пятеро получили ранения, среди них дети. В Борисполе повреждены многоэтажные дома: четверо погибших и 13 раненых. Под ударом также оказались Одесса, Сумы и Днепропетровская область. В Одессе российские войска атаковали энергетическую инфраструктуру, а из-за обстрелов временно не работает пункт пропуска Орловка на границе с Румынией.
Тем временем Владимир Зеленский заявил, что Россия продолжает стремиться к войне, однако сентябрь может стать переломным. Президент Украины обсудил со Стивом Виткоффом и Джаредом Кушнером возможные шаги, которые должны побудить Москву двигаться к завершению войны.
