JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Kuasa Hukum Pegi Setiawan Tony RM sampaikan pihaknya menyiapkan replik yaitu tanggapan atas jawaban Polda Jabar."Agendanya jawaban dari penyidik Polda Jabar. Kami memang menyiapkan replik. Biasanya replik mempertahankan apa yang didalilkan dalam permohonan. Hanya saja nanti dikembangkan setelah melihat jawaban. Menanggapi jawaban Polda Jabar. Kami lihat dulu jawaban penyidik," kata Tony ke media, Bandung, Selasa (2/7/2024).
Pihaknya pun mempersoalkan 5 hal kejanggalan dari penyidik Polda Jabar, di antaranya terkait penyitaan 2 sepeda motor, penetapan DPO 14 Mei 2024 cacat hukum, hingga penyitaan berkas-berkas Pegi tanpa izin pengadilan.
