In this video I connect Laya, an open-source decision model based on Jev, to Microsoft Copilot Studio to classify and route customer emails automatically. Laya isn't a chatbot. It's built to make one decision quickly: it picks the queue, the service level and the escalation, tells you how confident it is, and hands the email to a person when it isn't sure.
