Day 8 of my 30 Day Yoga in Nature Challenge is a quick 8–10 minute stretch in the rain in Vietnam 🌧️🌿Today’s practice is short, peaceful, and deeply meditative as we move and breathe together in the rain surrounded by beautiful nature. This gentle yoga stretch focuses on hip opening, hamstring flexibility, side body length, and mindful movement as we prepare the body for our peak pose: Compass Pose.
This class is perfect for days when you want a quick yoga stretch, a calming reset, or a peaceful moment to reconnect with your breath. We’ll flow through simple but effective stretches to open the hips, lengthen the legs, release tension, and create more space in the body before exploring Compass Pose in a soft and accessible way.
