❤ ¡Sorpréndete con esta deliciosa tarta de queso y limón! Es facilísima de preparar, supercremosa, alta en proteínas y totalmente libre de azúcar agregada. Ideal para disfrutar de un postre saludable sin descuidar tus objetivos.

Nutrición por porción: 📊 Macros aproximados (por porción, saliendo 8 porciones): 115 kcal | 10g Proteínas | 4g Carbohidratos | 6g Grasas

🛒 Ingredientes (Molde de 20x20 cm o 23 cm):

Base:

130 g (1 taza de 200 ml) de mix de frutos secos + 1/2 cda de agua
1-2 cdas de endulzante al gusto (opcional)

Relleno:
100 ml de leche caliente + 10 g de grenetina (gelatina sin sabor)
50 ml (1/4 taza) de jugo de limón recién exprimido
400 g de queso ricotta (o yogur griego sin azúcar / queso crema)
4 cdas de endulzante al gusto (con o sin calorías)

Decoración (opcional):
Nata montada (sin azúcar) + ralladura de limón

👩‍🍳 Preparación:
-Procesa los frutos secos con el agua y endulzante para formar la base y presiónala en el molde.
-Disuelve la grenetina en la leche caliente.
-Mezcla el queso ricotta, jugo de limón, endulzante y la mezcla de grenetina hasta obtener una crema suave.
-Vierte sobre la base y refrigera durante al menos 2 horas (o toda la noche).
-Decora con nata y ralladura de limón antes de servir.
