Владимир Путин назвал свои условия прекращения войны в Украине: вывести украинские войска из четырех регионов, частично оккупированных Россией, отказаться от вступления НАТО, а также полностью отменить западные санкции против Москвы.В случае отказа, Путин пригрозил еще больше увеличить требования по прекращению боевых действий. В Киеве заявили, что предложения Путина "не имеют никакого отношения к мирным переговорам". Президент Украины Владимир Зеленский назвал их "ультиматумом".
